VarioRoute

VarioRoute consists of a platform of individually controlled rollers that can transport a large variety of parcels in different directions. Its unique architecture of independently pivoting rows and individually driven rollers allows very reliable parcel manipulation. Each roller is driven by a motor integrated into the roller itself. The solution comes in two basic versions:VarioRoute 800 represents the most common product for daily use in parcel sorting. VarioRoute 1600 offers a larger transport width. Both provide a two- or three-way split. They are available in different lengths to meet a variety of requirements. A building-block system provides the possibility to use between four and 24 pivoting roller units (PRUs) in steps of two for VarioRoute 800 and eight to 48 PRUs for VarioRoute 1600.
