VarioStack

VarioStack is an innovative, fully-automatic, and low-maintenance solution that works in conjunction with conveyors to handle the accumulation and dispensing of empty totes. The VarioStack destacker can maintain a steady flow of totes to the fulfillment centers operation without bottlenecking or damaging the totes. Operation of the VarioStack is designed to minimize operator effort; it’s simple, intuitive, and ergonomic. There are only four connections needed to get the VarioStack up and running. Once started, the machine operator requires no interaction; they walk up to a running machine, put a stack in, and press start. The VarioStack is equipped with safety light curtains for safeguarding personnel and can be used in various industries from logistics, warehousing, manufacturing to supermarket distribution and fulfillment centers.
