Solutions Implemented:

An automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) was implemented in different phases. The project included the following main elements:

• WMS/MFC software

Benefits:

Indomilk implemented its first Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouse in Surabaya and also its largest distribution center in Indonesia. This enabled the company to:

• Increase production capacity by 25% with the adoption of automated storage technology
• Double storage space, enabling Indomilk to serve not just the local market but overseas markets as well
